Below of the toolbar there is a line, in which full path of the registry key selected is represented. Pressing on the near blue arrow will open a pull-down menu with all available root keys of the registry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, HKEY_USERS, HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG and HKEY_DYN_DATA. You may select any of keys if you want to make the changes to another registry root hive with the same registry path. For example, if you make changes in the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer parameter LinkResolveIgnoreLinkInfo and want it to be applied to all users on this computer, you may select the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE from pull-down menu and set the same value with the same registry path.
