At start the program loads data tree from file, which can be changed from the configuration (by default is "reg.dat" file in the program directory). To change a name of default data file select the menu choice: Options -> Configuration…. The window with settings of the program will be opened. In a field "Default Registry Tuner data file name" set any file of the Registry Tuner format (dat extension).
